Professional Development Training Program for VISTA’s
Met once a month for 3 months; Coached & Trained on various topics identified by the Leaders and participants using my “Discovery Process” prior to and during the sessions.

 • What did you like most:
-The content-letting go of negative thoughts
-Getting Comfortable with being uncomfortable
-It is invaluable
-Different views for life
-New ideas
-Sharing ideas
-The energy of the lessons. It made me excited about getting things one with a positive manner.
-The concepts/tools: F.E.A.R., Comparing is a pitfall, perception, What you know & what you don’t know,
-Wide range of topics covered.
-Showing everyone that they are creative.
